We are looking for experienced engineers passionate about building large scale data processing systems to help manage the ever-growing information needs of our clients.
Your challenges will be spread across a spectrum that ranges from being a trusted advisor to our clients on all things data to working with a team of smart engineers
from advising clients on key decisions in their data analytics journey, to working with a team of smart engineers to deliver large scale systems that ingest, aggregate and visualize terabytes of data.

Data Architect (m/w/d)


  • Work with customers to develop high performance, scalable implementations of Data Warehouse/Data Lake and BI solutions for large enterprises
  • Understand and work with large volumes of data and data modeling techniques
  • Deploy data pipelines in production based on Continuous Delivery practices
  • Work with other team-members to propose technical solutions to business problems, be part of proof of concept build outs etc.
  • Write and review code to maintain and evolve data pipelines
  • Mentor junior developers
  • Data integration from variety of data sources (e.g. relational data from databases such as IBM DB2, MS SQL Server, SAP BW and semi-structured data from web services)
  • Quick understanding of existing SAP-BW data schema and creation of possible data integration procedures into snowflake/data bricks world


  • Functional areas like Finance or Supply Chain, Logistics, OTC, procurement etc. in Chemical and pharmaceutical companies


  • A highly skilled and result oriented Data Architect/Consultant with about 8-12 years of industry experience who can work with customers to develop high performance, scalable implementations of Data Warehouse/Data Lake solutions for large enterprises
  • At least 5+ years of actual implementation experience on distributed data processing platforms like Apache Spark, Azure Databricks, AWS EMR, Google DataProc, Hive, Snowflake, Apache Airflow etc in a production setting.
  • 6+ years of experience with Java, Python and/or Scala and SQL
  • Deploy Databricks based ETL/data pipelines in production based on Continuous Delivery practices.
  • biDemonstrate a deep understanding the SnowFlake platform in the context of designing a BI reporting solution
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of competitive and complementary technologies and vendors (especially if possible in SAP-BW) and how to position Snowflake in relation to them
  • Guide customers through the process of migrating to Snowflake and develop methodologies to improve the migration process
  • Deploy Snowflake following best practices, including ensuring knowledge transfer sothat customers are properly enabled and able to extend the capabilities of Snowflake on their own
  • Understand and work with complex data modeling techniques. Provide guidance on how to resolve customer-specific technical challenges
  • Demonstrate understanding of basic statistics and an intuition for data.
  • Excellent German Language Skills (C-Level)
